       The method is based on two factors - the game itself and memorizing food images, which are more effectively absorbed into the memory during the game.

 

       The game is an exciting process. You can come up with the rules of the game yourself, prepare products from various combinations of images. You can play alone. The more often you see foods on playing cards, the faster your memory will absorb them and try to reorganize them into foods that help your body function more efficiently.

 

      The method itself was tested by me personally. I have played this game alone and also with my family and friends. Within 8 months I started eating healthy. I quit smoking and stopped drinking alcohol, and also took up sports.

      I lost about 40 kg of excess weight.
